Having moved to Iowa City from Chicago, Chef Denise has been an Iowa City resident for the past 20 years. After attending culinary school at Kirkwood in Cedar Rapids, Denise fulfilled her culinary passion by studying cooking in Italy. Upon her return she attended a personal chef seminar through The American Personal and Private Chef Association, received certification and started BACK TO THE TABLE personal chefs.
Chef Denise has been developing recipes for BACK TO THE TABLE over the past 5 years. BACK TO THE TABLE recently celebrated its sixth year anniversary!
